Lindsay Carlile (Broker Owner): Lindsay Carlile, founder and owner of Cornerstone Realty, is a highly driven and passionate real estate professional, who puts her clients needs first in everything that she does. She continually strives to provide the highest level of service to each and every person she works with, to deliver a real estate experience that is first class. She takes a caring and empathetic approach in dealing with the purchase of sale of a home, knowing this is an incredibly important life decision. Treating her clients as friends, she truly enjoys the process of helping people achieve their Real Estate goals. Understanding that buying and selling can be an emotional and stressful experience; Lindsay prides herself on being the calming force and solution finder for every transaction. Having been born and raised in Loomis, she has an immense knowledge of Placer County and the surrounding areas. Lindsay was a Real Estate major at San Diego State University, and went on to work in different fields of real estate before finding her passion for residential sales. When Lindsay is not working you can find her relaxing outdoors and spending lots of time with her husband and two daughters.

 

Hunter Heryford (Agent):  Hunter Heryford is a Northern California native who has acquired an extensive amount of knowledge of Placer County after living in the area for the last 27 years. He is a motivated, dedicated professional who has gained immense amount of connections through his barber shop, located in Roseville, CA. He treats his clients with first-class service, giving undivided attention to detail while building strong, lasting relationships. His energy and passion keep him acquainted to the various aspects of a continually changing market. Hunters goal is to make certain that through his advice, his clients make the best decisions for themselves. When not assisting clients, Hunter loves helping in youth sports and spending time with his family.

Deanna Classon (Broker Owner, R&D Property Management): Deanna Classon is acting president and managing partner of all corporate operations for R&D Property Management. Deanna has over 25 years of experience in the residential property management industry. Deanna caters her services to each individual owner and ensures that they are getting the most out of their investment homes. She obtained her business degree from Sacramento State University, with a concentration in Real Estate and Land Development. On Deanna’s spare time you will find her traveling with her family.

 

Nicholas Carlile (Marketing): Nick is the marketing manager and lead field inspector at R&D Property Management.  His responsibilities include finding the best possible tenants for our properties and ensuring that the homes are rental-ready and up to code. Nick graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Business Management Entrepreneurship.  

 

Cindy Puffer (Operations Manager): Cindy joined our team having over 20 years experience in the residential property management industry. Her duties include managing the day-to-day operations of the office, handling any and all maintenance concerns and ensuring that our office is running as efficiently and effectively as possible.  Cindy’s extensive knowledge of the industry is one of the many competitive advantages of R&D Property Management.  On the weekends you will find Cindy hanging out at the Little League field watching her son play ball.

 

Kendra Mortenson (Field Inspector): For the past ten years, Kendra’s assistance in the daily operations of R&D Property Management has been a key to their success. Her daily duties include home inspections, office administration, and showing properties to prospective tenants. Kendra’s commitment to excellent customer service is one of the many valued assets that she brings to R&D Management.
