Setting the right price is critical to getting the most for your home and selling it quickly. A CMA is ‘REALTOR®-speak’ for a Competitive Market Analysis. It is a tool that REALTORS® use to estimate the value of a seller’s property.
When prepared carefully and thoroughly, it is a very useful tool. To be most accurate, the REALTOR® needs to have seen your home, previewed the similar homes for sale in your neighborhood – your competition, and be familiar with both the neighborhood and the homes in it that have recently sold.
I put a lot of effort into this process and can give you the facts and insight to set the right price. After we’ve listed your home, I’ll keep up with the market and let you know if conditions change.
